Do you want to play a key role in Purchasing by which your main area of responsibility is requesting quotes for various items that are not yet in stock, stock management, monitoring delivery time and expiry dates. Conducting work consultations. Search for options for possible shortages (e.g. swapping, exchanges) Creating documentation to send goods. Using and Supplying data from the ERP systems to perform analyses. Logistical activities such as sending equipment and processing it administratively. Internal booking of purchase orders and control of the associated invoices. You’re using several ICT based programs and tools and will be challenged to master those. To be able to perform your job accurately, StandardAero offers the opportunity to develop yourself by following training modules to perform this role to a high standard.

Who are you? You have a strong affinity with logistic processes and a high level of critical thinking. You have the ability to plan and organize work and demonstrated analytical skills and able to formulate factual formats and conclusions in your field of responsibility. Strong software skills are required for the use of different ERP systems, (SAP/Oracle), SA systems and administrative procedures. You demonstrate a strong ability to work in a close team environment in combination with a solid personal professional approach in business relations.
